Our Commitment 

At Silk & Herb, we're dedicated to delivering your beauty favorites swiftly and efficiently. We understand how important it is to receive your orders on time and in perfect condition. 

Kind Note

The first 500 pieces from Silk & Herb’s inaugural release are expected to ship within approximately 1 month.

Orders placed after the initial production batch will be fulfilled in future handcrafted releases and may require approximately 3 months for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

For the 48 Contiguous States: 

  • Standard Shipping: Enjoy a low rate of just $5 for standard shipping on orders below $49, which delivers your order within 2-8 business days. Better yet, we’re pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders of $50 or more! Please note this offer is only for shipping within the US 48 States. 
  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days to get your order out the door. For orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday, processing will resume the following Monday, ensuring your products are carefully prepared for shipment. 

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: 

  • We extend our services to the beautiful states of Alaska and Hawaii with some considerations. 
  • Orders up to 1 pound: A flat rate of $15 applies. 
  • Orders over 1 pound: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and its final destination, ensuring fairness and accuracy. 
  • Delivery Timeframe: While we strive for speed, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take about 11-15 business days, with a little extra patience required for these longer distances. 

Additional Shipping Information: 

  • No Shipping to Puerto Rico: Currently, we do not ship to Puerto Rico. We are focused on serving the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii at this time. 
  • Shipment Notification: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment notification email. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our door to yours.
